Floyd Creecy serves as the National Mail Manager/Project Manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) acting as the primary liaison with the Department of Commerce (DOC) Mail Manager in support of HeiTech Services’ Onsite Copying/Printing, Mailing, Courier Services, and Personnel Support contract. He manages all matters related to mail and print management within NOAA encompassing 230 locations. In addition, Floyd possesses the United States Postal Services Executive Mail Center Management, Mail Systems Management Associations Mailpiece Design Consultant, Project Management Institutes Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management Institutes Project Management Professional certifications. He has 18 years management, and 7 years project management experience.
With state-of-the-art technology and economic demands constantly changing, Floyd says that education is his primary goal to increase the value of himself and HeiTech Services. Industry education aids us in our ability to exceed the customers’ expectations.
Floyd joined Mail Systems Management Associations Washington Metro Chapter in 2010 and began serving as the VP of Education in December 2013. His goal is prepare future leaders for the industry, and he prepares professionals in the Washington, DC metro area for the Mailpiece Design Consultant Certification. He speaks regularly at MAILCOM, at local Mail Systems Management Association chapters and for the Postal Customer Council. Floyd is a member of the Northern Virginia Postal Customer Council (NOVAPCC), the Washington Metro Postal Customer Council (WMPCC), and the Government Mailers Advisory Council (GMAC).
