The Greek Philosopher, Heraclitus said, "The Only Constant is Change". Our industry is changing rapidly with many new initiatives. The economy change creates new challenges for our teams and the achievement of company objectives. Learn how to handle change internally and externally. You will learn how you can drive change as a leader in your organization rather than an opponent that invites followers to a successful transition.
Our speaker will be Alison Hall, Director Client Services, Direct Mail Solutions with Pitney Bowes Presort Services. Alison has been a regular industry speaker with MSMA and PCC in the local and regional Kansas City area and MAILCOM and The National Postal Forum. She brings her topics to life with energy and humor. With over 20 year’s industry experience, Alison works directly with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent client relations, consistently high client loyalty, retention and innovative direct mail strategies. Alison lives in Kansas City with her husband and two teenagers.
