Graduated Discipline: A Method to improve productivity and Employee Retention

As organizations continue to pursue opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and retain quality employees discipline is often overlooked as a key component towards these efforts.  Today’s Managers struggle with communicating and applying discipline for reasons that will be discussed in this presentation.  Low productivity, stress in the workplace, poor customer service and ultimately, staff turnover are all potential results of ignoring discipline issues. Proven effective methods of applying fair and equitable discipline that is behavior correction based will be presented.
