The Speaker:

William Plummer, CSO, holds a master’s degree in National Security and Irregular Warefare from the Naval War College and a master certification in improvised explosive devices (IED).  Will wrote the new standard for IED detection for all four branches of the military and leads RaySecur’s EODSecur service, as well as, developing trainings and providing sales support.  Will joined RaySecur shortly after retiring from a 24 year as an EOD technician and commanding officer in the US Army
