This two day program will include:
Friday, August 15th
9:00am - 9:45am - Meet & Greet/Registration
9:45am - 10:45am - Session 1: Leading through Operational Change - Facilitators: Floyd Creecy & Barbara Fahy
11:00am 12:00pm - Session 2: Smart Warehousing & Logistics - Facilitator: Jason Ellis
12:15 - 1:15pm - Lunch
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Session 3: Next Level Supervisory Skills - From Manager to Mentor. Facilitator: Tammy Rhodes
2:45pm - 3:45pm - Session 4: USPS 2025 -Navigating New Policies, Rates and Delivery Standards. Facilitator: Michael Turner
4:00pm - 4:30pm - Tour of the Boys & Girls Club Facility
4:45pm - 7:00pm - Evening Networking Reception
Saturday 1/2 Day Certification Program(7:30am- 12pm - either MDC or OSPC Level I Review and Exam
